pk lok Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the pk lok platform and all of its services. By accessing or using pk lok through its website, mobile application, or any other channel, you are considered to have read and fully agreed to these Terms.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using pk lok's services. pk lok reserves the right to change or amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the site after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

pk lok services are available only to individuals aged 21 or older. Minors are strictly prohibited from opening accounts and participating in any form of betting or casino activity.

To open an account on pk lok, applicants must meet the following conditions:

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must provide accurate and truthful personal information at the time of registration.
• Each person may operate only one account.
• Creating multiple accounts or opening new accounts to take advantage of bonuses is prohibited.
• Involvement in any fraudulent or dishonest activity may result in permanent account closure.

2.1 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account username and password confidential. Do not share your login details with anyone. pk lok will not be held liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised third-party access.

The following payment methods are available for transactions on pk lok: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (e.g. Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank).

3.1 Deposit

The minimum deposit amount is ৳300. This limit is the same across all methods. Deposits are generally processed instantly, though minor delays may occasionally occur due to banking network issues. pk lok does not charge any additional fees on deposits.

3.2 Withdrawal

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawals generally take between 10 and 45 minutes to complete. If there is an active bonus wagering requirement on the account, withdrawal of those funds will not be possible until the requirement is met.

3.3 Transaction Verification

pk lok monitors every transaction. If a transaction appears suspicious or unusual, it may be held and reviewed. Additional identity documents or bank statements may be requested if necessary.

pk lok offers various bonuses and promotional offers. Each offer has its own wagering requirement, and funds won from a bonus cannot be withdrawn until that requirement is met.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳8,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 20 times the bonus amount. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳2,000 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳3,000, and ৳2,000 × 20 = ৳40,000 must be wagered before withdrawal.

4.2 Other Promotions

The weekly pk lok deposit festival, Friday special rewards, pk lok cricket bonus, pk lok birthday gift, and refer-a-friend bonus — each has specific wagering requirements stated in the details of that bonus. Activating more than one bonus at a time is prohibited.

4.3 Bonus Abuse

Systematic or manipulative betting to earn bonuses — such as low-risk combinations or opposing bets — is prohibited. If such activity is detected, the bonus and any associated winnings will be cancelled and the account may be suspended.

Separate rules apply to each game type on pk lok — slots, live casino, cricket betting, fishing games, bingo, and others. It is recommended to read the specific rules for each game before starting.

5.1 Sports Betting

The outcome of sports bets depends on the official results of the relevant sports authority. If a match is cancelled or a result is changed, pk lok may decide to refund the bet amount or void the bet in accordance with standard rules.

5.2 Technical Errors

If a game is interrupted due to software or network issues, pk lok will attempt to restore the game from the last confirmed state. If restoration is not possible, the bet amount for that round may be refunded. Abnormal results produced by technical errors will be considered void.

5.3 Multi-Bet and Accumulator Bets

In a multi-bet or accumulator involving multiple events, the entire bet is lost if any one selection is incorrect. Winnings are not possible if even one outcome is wrong.

All data is kept secure using SSL encryption technology. Identity documents and records submitted for account verification are stored safely and are not shared with third parties unless legally required.

pk lok reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close a member's account without prior notice for any of the following reasons:

• Creating an account using a false identity or false information.
• Operating multiple accounts or abusing bonuses.
• Suspicion of fraudulent transactions or money laundering.
• Attempting to influence game outcomes.
• Harassing or abusive behaviour towards other pk lok members or staff.
• A clear breach of any condition in these Terms.

Upon account closure, the remaining balance (excluding bonuses, if conditions have been met) is generally refunded, though it may be held while an investigation is ongoing.

All content on the pk lok website and application — logos, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, and other elements — is the intellectual property of pk lok or its licensors. Reuse, copying, or distribution of any of these elements without written permission is prohibited.

The names and game titles of third-party game software providers (such as Pragmatic Play, JILI, PG Soft, Spribe) are their own intellectual property. pk lok only provides the facility to access those games.

pk lok strives to provide uninterrupted service, but is not liable for losses arising from the following situations:

• Internet disconnection or network issues.
• Temporary unavailability due to server maintenance or technical upgrades.
• Delays or issues with third-party payment services.
• Login details exposed due to the member's own negligence.

pk lok is not obligated to compensate or reimburse members for betting losses, as all bets and games are conducted on the basis of voluntary participation.

These Terms are governed by the applicable laws and regulations of the authority under which pk lok operates. In the event of any legal dispute, the court of the relevant jurisdiction shall be considered the highest authority.

If any part of these Terms is declared unenforceable by a court, the remaining parts will continue to be fully effective.
